Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PhotoGridly, including its website, online photo grid maker, related content, and available support channels. By accessing or using PhotoGridly, you acknowledge that these Terms apply to your use to the extent permitted and enforceable under applicable law.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. If you do not agree with a provision that applies to you, you should not use the relevant part of PhotoGridly. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled under the website's applicable privacy disclosures.

Description of Services

PhotoGridly is an online photo grid maker designed to help visitors arrange images into photo grids, image arrangements, and creative collages. The service may support photo selection, image arrangement, layout customization where supported, previews, and downloading completed designs where supported.

PhotoGridly also may provide educational blog content and ways to submit contact or support inquiries. Features, design options, and technical capabilities may evolve over time. Only the features actually made available through the website form part of the currently available service.

Eligibility

You may use PhotoGridly only if you are legally able to use online services under the laws that apply to you and if your use complies with applicable law. Where a visitor is below the age at which they may independently consent to online services, a parent or legal guardian should review and provide any involvement or consent required by applicable law.

PhotoGridly does not establish a universal minimum age through these Terms. Users and guardians remain responsible for determining whether additional local requirements apply.

You may use PhotoGridly for lawful purposes, including creating personal photo grids, arranging family photographs, designing creative collages, preparing visual content for social media, creating educational projects, and organizing appropriately licensed business images.

You remain responsible for ensuring that your intended use of any image, design, or output is lawful and respects applicable intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and other rights. These Terms do not create a broad commercial-use license or restriction beyond the rights and conditions otherwise applicable to the service and your content.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use PhotoGridly to engage in illegal or fraudulent activity; infringe intellectual property rights; process content that violates applicable law; impersonate another person; harass or abuse others through contact features; or misrepresent your identity or authority.

You must also not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware or malicious scripts, interfere with website operation, make excessive automated requests that disrupt the service, exploit security vulnerabilities, compromise other users or systems, or circumvent applicable technical restrictions. These restrictions are intended to protect legitimate use of the website and do not prohibit ordinary, lawful use of its available tools.

Your Images and Uploaded Content

You are responsible for the photographs, images, text, and other content you choose to use with PhotoGridly. Before uploading, editing, or arranging content, make sure that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed for that use. You should also respect the privacy, image rights, and personal rights of people shown in your images.

You must not upload or process unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited content. PhotoGridly does not automatically become the owner of your photographs merely because you use them with the service. You generally retain rights in your own original content, subject to applicable law and the rights of others.

Any permission needed for technical processing of your content is limited to what is necessary to provide the functionality you choose to use. PhotoGridly does not claim a right through these Terms to publicly display, redistribute, sell, or use your images to train artificial intelligence models. The applicable handling of uploaded images, personal information, and technical data is described by the website's Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before using image-related features, as technical processing behavior must be assessed against the verified service implementation.

Intellectual Property Rights

PhotoGridly and its licensors may own rights in the website's original design, branding, original text, software interfaces, original graphics, tool functionality, and other proprietary website materials. Except where applicable law or a separate permission allows otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit those materials beyond normal use of the website.

Your use of PhotoGridly does not give you ownership of PhotoGridly's software, branding, or original site content. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. These provisions do not transfer ownership of user-uploaded photographs to PhotoGridly.

Use of the Free Photo Grid Maker

PhotoGridly provides access to its free homepage photo grid maker at photogridly.com. Your access to the available free tool is subject to these Terms, including your responsibilities for the images and other content you choose to use.

Available editing capabilities, layouts, previews, and download options depend on the features currently supported by the tool. PhotoGridly may reasonably improve, modify, or change the free service over time. These Terms do not create unverified usage limits, account requirements, watermark requirements, download limits, or guarantees of permanent feature availability.

Premium and Custom Services

Pro Plan

PhotoGridly may introduce advanced premium features in the future. Possible features could include advanced grid layouts, premium templates, additional styling options, enhanced export capabilities, saved projects, or other creative tools. These are proposed possibilities, not confirmed live services, and PhotoGridly does not state through these Terms that Pro subscriptions can currently be purchased.

Custom Plan

Visitors may contact PhotoGridly to discuss specific creative or business requirements. If Custom services are offered, they would be subject to a separate agreement addressing project scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and support terms. PhotoGridly does not guarantee acceptance of every inquiry.

Payments and Subscriptions

The currently available homepage photo grid maker is free and does not require a paid subscription. Pro pricing and payment integration have not been confirmed, and these Terms do not create active billing obligations, automatic renewals, cancellation fees, refund rules, or payment processor arrangements.

If paid features are introduced in the future, PhotoGridly should provide transparent pricing and applicable subscription terms before a customer is charged. Any future payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund conditions should be stated in updated terms or a separate agreement. Pricing for any Custom services would be determined individually through an applicable agreement.

Third-Party Services and Links

PhotoGridly may use or link to third-party services, including hosting providers, WordPress plugins, email delivery services, content delivery networks, analytics tools if installed, and external websites. Independent third-party services and websites operate under their own terms, policies, and practices.

When you leave PhotoGridly or interact with a third-party service, review that provider's applicable terms and privacy information. PhotoGridly is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Availability and Changes to Services

PhotoGridly may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features as the website develops, subject to applicable law and any binding commitments. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical changes, browser compatibility, third-party outages, security measures, or events outside reasonable control.

PhotoGridly does not guarantee uninterrupted access, 100% uptime, permanent availability of every feature, or a specific maintenance schedule. Any changes affecting paid services, if introduced, should respect applicable law and relevant contractual obligations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoGridly and its free tool are provided on an “as available” basis. PhotoGridly does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device or browser, reliable for every purpose, or suitable for a particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing and using any output created with the service appropriately. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PhotoGridly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from service interruptions, loss of access, technical errors, incompatibility, or issues related to user-uploaded content. This includes losses that are not a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of PhotoGridly's conduct.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights and other protections available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for claims, losses, or costs that result directly from your unlawful use of PhotoGridly, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights through content you submit or use. This does not make you responsible for losses caused by PhotoGridly's own conduct.

Any obligation under this section will be interpreted proportionately and subject to applicable law, including any consumer protections that apply to you.

Suspension and Termination

PhotoGridly may take appropriate steps to restrict access to relevant website functionality when there is a serious violation of these Terms, illegal activity, a security threat, abuse of the service, or an attempt to disrupt the platform. Any action should be appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law.

Because no verified user account system is described by these Terms, this section does not create account suspension procedures. It also does not permit arbitrary termination of future paid contracts without regard to legal or contractual obligations.

Your use of PhotoGridly is also subject to the Privacy Policy. That policy addresses the website's applicable disclosures concerning personal information, technical data, and uploaded images.

Governing Law and Disputes

Any dispute relating to PhotoGridly may be subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections. The legal entity operating PhotoGridly, its operating jurisdiction, applicable governing law, and preferred dispute-resolution process have not been confirmed for publication.

Accordingly, these Terms do not select a country, state, province, court, arbitration process, mediation requirement, jury-trial waiver, or class-action waiver. Those details require confirmation before publication and must not override mandatory rights that apply to users.

General Provisions

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions may continue in effect to the extent legally appropriate.

No Waiver

A failure to enforce a provision does not necessarily waive the right to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable separate service agreement, describe the general terms for use of PhotoGridly. A separate Custom agreement may govern its own subject matter, and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.

Assignment, Headings, and Language

Rights or obligations under these Terms may be assigned only where permitted by applicable law and without unfairly reducing mandatory user protections. Headings are included for readability. No language version is stated to control unless that is formally established.
